Full Description

1982: Small groups of worked flint recovered during fieldwalking survey by HDAG, possibly from larger scatter, in fields 2 & 3. Listed finds consist: 22 waste flakes; 5 patinated waste flakes, 2 with secondary trimming; 9 `blade- shapes' (one patinated, 5 slightly patinated); 3 heat crazed lumps; 1 patinated core; 1 thumb-nail scraper (possibly Bronze Age); 5 rough scrapers,(S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
