Full Description
Chipped flint axe found on field E of Shadingfield Hall by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). At present in owner's possession ((see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)) but promised to Ipswich Museum. Seen by R R Clarke circa 30/6/1956. Information too from Reverend Thompson, Sotterley Rectory (S1). Possibly the same as SDG 010.
Marked on the SAU record map at TM 4431 8411.
