Full Description

1979: `21 small flint blade flakes, slightly patinated, were recovered from a sand- spit in the flood plain of the river (Stour) in 1979 at NGR TL 456 707. These probably represent a Mesolithic industry being present' (S1). Cited grid reference corrected to TL 706 456.
