Full Description

A church in Creeting St. Peter is listed in the Domesday Survey. Church of St Peter: Has scratch dial & C12 door to nave. C15 pulpit is in shape of a heptagon, each panel is divided into two with ogee heads, cusped and crocketted. Early C14 W tower. W doorway has 2 continuous chamfers. Octagonal font with 4 lions against stem (S1)(S2). Isolated, apart from adjoining rectory.
