Full Description

Possible single ring ditch, circa 20m diameter, or glacial feature (S1).

February 2016. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme.
The possible ring ditch described above, which could mark the site of a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S2). NMP mapping has led to the alteration of the central grid reference of the site from TM 3263 4380 to TM 3188 4433. The archaeological origin of the ring ditch is not entirely certain; it could instead be of geological or recent agricultural origin.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 16th February 2016.
