Full Description
1992: Fieldwalking identified a few sherds of Thetford type ware and Medieval pottery sherds close to the eastern edge of the field (S4).
1994: Scatter of Med pottery identified during initial fieldwalking assessment of proposed bypass. Details in (S1).
August 1994: Assessment by trenching of above area. Details in (S3). Site just to SW of PMed brick works, BOT 016 Revealed one ditch of unknwon date from which two sherds of Roman pottery was covered (S3).
