Full Description

Dorking Tye. Shown and named as `Dorking Tye' on Hodskinson's map of Suffol 1783 (S1). Enclosed 1817 - shape shown on enclosure map and named as `Dorking Tye' in the award. `Tye Farm' marked on north edge; two buildings shown on east edge (one survives) and a farmstead with two buildings (now gone - see ASN 015) on west side (S2).
Named on modern map as Dorking Tye.
