Full Description

1992: Replacement skylight to cellar of building; the condition of the skeleton suggests the building was previously used as a pub. The skeleton is truncated by a barrel shoot. A large cobbled surface survives below the pavement. Also 1 sherd of Thetford ware (S1, S2).

2002: Excavations for floor replacement in 'The Long Room' - Human skeletons found in exploratory excavations (S1, S2).
