Full Description

Series of visible parallel E-W banks and ditches identified in Rapid Earthwork Survey in compartment 5314. details in (S1). Thin open field on 1840 tithe & 1836 & 1884 OS maps, so probably modern?

October 2019. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The series of east-west banks recorded from the Rapid Earthwork Survey (see above) were not seen on the aerial sources consulted as part of this survey. Two large roughly east-west banks were recorded in close proximity to this record by this survey and have been recorded as part of WSW 204.
