Full Description

2006: A small evaluation revealed evidence for prehistoric, Roman and post-medieval use of the site. The prehistoric system of ditches were likely to be of Later Bronze / Iron Age date and were on a separate alignment from those of the Roman period (S1). Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2006 (S2).
