Full Description

Iron object, knife or sword ? PMed, found by Michael Banham, Spring Road, Bardwell. A sketch map of site and sketch of weapon showing a carved wooden hilt, sheathed, with traces of gilt are shown on card.
Stones, apparently a causeway, 4'-6' deep were also reported (S1).
Formerly recorded as BAR MISC.
