Recorded as part of the Farmsteads in the Suffolk Countryside Project. This is a purely desk-based study and no site visits were undertaken. These records are not intended to be a definitive assessment of these buildings. Dating reflects their presence at a point in time on historic maps and there is potential for earlier origins to buildings and farmsteads. This project highlights a potential need for a more in depth field study of farmstead to gather more specific age data.

A 19th C Grade II listed farmhouse with a range of outbuildings. This includes two 19th C barns, one of which is a weatherboarded barn with a large porch on its south side, constructed c.1800. Evil-averting circles have been inscribed upon some of the boards in this barn, perhaps when it was first constructed. (S1)
Also present are two 20th century outbuildings which appear to have been a stable and a cartlodge. (S2)
