Full Description

Deserted Medieval settlement of Thorington. May be known as Great Haugh.
Documentary evidence suggests the presence of a green - centre of Medieval farmsteads.
Wood bank encloses a large area of Medieval desertion centred around a massive moat.
Trees now cover the earthworks of the deserted Medieval manor and its associated tenements.
