Full Description

A medieval ditch suggested to be an open boundary between two properties that was also an open drain and possibly infilled in the 13th century. The ditch contained occasional animal bone, an oyster shell, a fragment of quern stone and medieval pottery (S1).

Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2012 (S2).
