Full Description

19th century Staunch located on the River Lark. The staunch is also known as Dullingham Staunch and Fulling Staunch. Appears on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map circa 1880 (S1) (S2).

January 2020. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A post medieval staunch can be seen as a structure on aerial photograph (S3). The staunch has not been mapped as part of this survey as it is mapped in good detail on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (S4).
