Full Description
2013: Evaluation trenching revealed 19th century clay extraction pits across the east side of the study area. The area to the west of the site had no such truncation by these features and this may be due to the proximaty to later buildings that belonged to the brickworks visible on the 2nd Ordnance Survey map (S1,S2).
Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2013 (S3)
