Full Description

2012: Evaluation trenching for an Anglian Water Pipeline revealed a single pit. The pit measured 2.28m by 0.87m and was 0.27m deep. The fill contained frequent charcoal flecks and a large quantity of burnt flint. It is likely that this pit is of prehistoric (S1).
