Full Description

2014: Evaluation revealed a large shallow hollow which contained medieval finds. A post-medieval field boundary was also identified which aligned with an existing field boundary (S1). Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2014 (S2).

2014:The survey identified a former footpath and former field boundary as the only archaeology on the site. The majority of the anomalies are of modern or geological origin. The modern anomalies relate to a pathway, underground services, scattered magnetic debris, made ground, agricultural activity, ferrous objects and fencing (S3).
