Full Description
April 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty National Mapping Programme.
A large area of fragmentary, undated cropmarks is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S6). The site consists of multiple phases of ditches, potentially relating to fragmentary enclosures, field boundaries, trackways, some of which may be Roman in date. Only the clearest components were mapped and other archaeological components may be present on (S3-S4) for example.
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 27th April 2015.
