Please read our .

Summary

The site of fragmentary ditches and field boundaries of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs. The lack of relationship with the ditches and the surrounding landscape would suggest a pre-medieval date. Given the amount of Roman and Saxon activity in the area, it is possible that at least some of the components date to either period.
