Full Description

Excavations 1885-1886 by Major E C Moor produced 'B' beaker sherds, BA, Neo and IA sherds also flint flakes, scrapers, barbed and tanged arrowheads etc. Grooved ware and 'Early Neolithic 'A'' pottery, also flints, from 'Rookery Mound' (R1).
