Full Description
May 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty National Mapping Programme.
The site of a large area of dispersed and fragmentary cropmarks of undated and multi-phase ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S6). Some elements of the site may relate to a fragmentary field system of late prehistoric and/or Roman date. Other cropmarks were visible within the area of this field but were not mapped due to uncertainty over their archaeological origin.
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 1st May 2015.
