Full Description
July 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty National Mapping Programme.
The cropmarks of boundary ditches and/or drainage channels and enclosures of unknown date, but potentially medieval to post medieval date, are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S4). However note nearby finds of both Roman, as well as those of medieval date (EKE 004, EKE 007). Earthwork boundary banks of a similar alignment are recorded within forest to the southeast (EKE 049).
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 28th July 2015.
