Full Description
Post Medieval boundary ditches identified during evaluation trenching at Flixton Quarry. The two ditches ran approximately north to south across the site and were related to a hedge boundary that became redundant in the second half of the 20th century and it is seen on early editions of the Ordnance Survey maps. A small quarry pit was also identified (S1).
