Full Description

Depden Deserted Medieval Village at TL 777 566, listed. (S1)

All traces of Medieval settlement formerly centred around St. Mary's Church have been destroyed by ploughing, but the extent of the settlement can be traced by old field boundaries and modern roads. The present settlement has formed a 'village end' around Depden Green, centred TL 776 574. (S2)
