Full Description
Four ditches were recorded during evaluation trenching, one of which was sealed by subsoil and contained Beaker pottery, including a near complete ceramic spoon or scoop. Whilst the remaining three ditches were undated, two could be seen to cut from directly below the topsoil, suggesting a relatively late date. No pre-modern finds were recovered from the upcast topsoil, nor during metal detecting (S1).
