Full Description

1976: Flat-butted flint cordate hand-axe, 10.4 cms long x 8.2 cms broad, slightly rolled, stained on one side, patinated on the other - mousterian of acheulean tradition (circa 60,000-40,000 Years ago). Identified by John Wymer, 1st December 1979 (S1-S5).
