Full Description

Looped palstave with central rib flanked by twin depressions, narrow bladed. Butt end shows evidence of modern (?) repair. Length 16.9 cms. Formerly in Barton collection & NWHCM (179.950 (15))(S2). Found "near Brandon", from Norfolk or Suffolk. Passed to BSEMH in 1966 (S1). Late MBA to LBA (S2)(S3).
