Summary

The site of a World War Two Heavy Anti-Aircraft Battery is visible on aerial photographs. The site consists of an area of military huts at Pond Farm and a series of four anti-aircraft gun emplacements and a command post to the north. Some of the accommodation buildings may still survive within the modern farm.

The site of a World War Two Heavy Anti-Aircraft Battery is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The site consists of an area of military huts at Pond Farm and a series of four anti-aircraft gun emplacements and a command post to the north. Some of the accommodation buildings may still survive within the modern farm.
