Full Description

World War II strongpoint comprising three probable pillboxes (at TM 51577819, TM 51607827 and TM 51487836) and numerous slit trenches within a barbed wire circuit (the south side of which is however unclear), at TM 515783 (S1). The strongpoint was part of a chain of coastal defences started in 1940 (S2) but has since been eroded away.
