Full Description

A World War II strongpoint is visible in 1941 at TM 52768405, at Hole Barn. The site comprised two pillboxes facing northeast (camoflaged as hay ricks) and a possible third located to the west, with sections of barbed wire around them (S1). By 1943, the strongpoint has gone out of use and the site is being reused. (S2)
Formerly given HER reference number in error (duplication) as BNC 024.
