Full Description
A minefield c650m can be seen on Gunton Denes on 1941 aerial photographs (S1,S2). It does not appear on photographs which date to 1940. It is still visible as a feature in photographs of 1944 (S3) and 1945 (S4). This feature would have been a component of the coastal defences of this area in World War II.
