Full Description

A section of beach defence scaffolding, c 125m long can be seen on the beach at Lowestoft, close to Pakefield Cliffs on 1944 aerial photographs (S1). This would have formed part of the coastal defences of this area. It can also be seen on 1941 aerial photographs (S2)
