A section of barbed wire obstruction c150m long is visible as a structure between TM50037433 & TM50097456 on 1941 aerial photographs (S1). The barbed wire is not visible on aerial photographs by 1945 (S2), but there does appear to be a small square structure at TM50017444, which may well be a pillbox.
