1991: Two burnt flint patches, at TM 4526 7680 (context 0002) & TM 4521 7682 (context 0003), discovered during watching brief after topsoil clearance for construction of ornamental lake in Henham Park, situated on N edge of valley bottom.

Scatter of unglazed sherds (`a dozen or so') over about 100m circle, includes a finger tipped jug base (S1).

Faint linear marks, rectangular enclosure (?) noted on SAU AP (S2).

Many linear features, possibly relating to a multi-period site, are visible on aerial photographs within Henham Park.
