Theberton Hall built in 18th century with 19th century alterations which were demolished in 1920s.

Three quarries, possibly Post Medieval, visible immediately north and east of Hazlewood Hall Farm.

Deer park first recorded in 1522, later reduces in size as shown on 1st edition OS map surrounding Theberton Hall.

Evaluation failed to identify any archaeological features, but radiocarbon dates obtained from monolith samples indicated that the fen started to form 8000 years ago and pollen samples show possible human tree clearance activity, see details.
