Description
Excavation of 5 areas covering 17,145 sqm was carried out ahead of development, funded by Bovis Homes. Three further phases of excavation were carried out in 1999-2000. The total area of all four separate excavation phases totalled 2.85ha. The site produced Roman and Anglo-Saxon features (S1).
