Full Description

1985-1989: misc surface & metal detected finds by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). For details see (S1).

Fragment of a bronze rowel spur. The rowel box is short and angle downwards, with a humped neck. The actual rowel is missing. Traces of silvering or tinning survive. Probably post-medieval, perhaps 16th - 17th century.
