Full Description

1996: Fieldwalking as part of the Brecks Survey recovered a scatter of flint flakes, 2 scrapers, a broken flint blade and an oblique arrowhead, (S1). See parish file for list of finds.

Descriptions of finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, the other identified finds and location (adjacent to round barrow) suggest later prehistoric, (Neolithic to Bronze Age, (S3).
