Full Description
Excavation identified eleven Early Anglo Saxon burials were recorded either internal to or cutting the Bronze Age ring-ditch (FLN 010). These burials appeared to form a discrete group isolated from the main cemetery to the east (FLN 053). Also a few isolated pits were found, but not appearing to be related to any major activity (S1).
Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2001 (S2).
