Full Description

2014: Evaluation a ditch, gullies, pits and postholes/stakeholes. There was only a partial correlation between geophysical anomalies with ditches/gullies recorded in two of the trenches. The datable pottery is consistently mid to late Iron Age in character. Animal bone was found in association with the pottery and a struck flint was present in one of the ditches (S1).

Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2014 (S2).
