Monument record COR 013 - Rectilinear enclosure of unknown date.

Rectilinear enclosure circa 40m across. Entrances to both N and E. S arm is formed by a field boundary of the surrounding field system complex (COR 012)(S1).
The enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs from 1975 and 1996, centred on circa TM52979897 (S2). It appears to be associated with the surrounding field system, which on morphological grounds could be dated eiither to the later prehistoric or medieval periods (see COR 012). Taking into consideration the similarity in alignment of the field system to the modern boundaries, a medieval or Post-Medieval date for the fields and enclosure may be the more likely of the two dates.
