Full Description

2014: Metal detecting rally recovered 121 finds, including 55 coins of which 21 were Roman but appart from the two silver examples the others were not in good condition. There were 12 coins of c. 13th century date and 12 coins of c. 14th-15th century. There were also 10 post-medieval coins. In addition, a silver brooch or prendant, a circular lead decorated lid, a possible spear head and a sword/dagger chape (S1).
