Full Description

Large cinerary urn found in gravel pit, inverted over cremated female bones, plus two fused beads, 'glassy faience'.
Urn of Wessex biconical type (S1).
?Canine tooth of an unidentified animal, this had been drilled transversely. Urn 14.5 inches high, diameter of 10 inches at the rim and 6 inches at the base and decorated by finger tipping on the shoulder.
