Full Description

World War II strongpoint (TM 518790), which develops from a trench and pillbox (at TM 51857902) in 1940 (S1) to 4 probable pillboxes (TM 51857902, TM 51867897, TM 51877903 and TM 51897904) with associated trenches and slit trenches within barbed wire visible in 1941 (S2). The strongpoint was located on high ground south of Easton Broad, overlooked the open beach before the Broad and was fronted by a line of anti tank cubes. The features have since been eroded away.

Visible on a 1954 oblique AP (S3,S4).
