Six (1 dubious) worked flints found during watching brief on roadworks between TM 220 457 and TM 220 458. Watching brief on area of redevelopment at Kesgrave High School. No datable finds found. Formerly recorded as KSG MISC

Mesolithic flint flake point with fine edge trimming. Found in plantation opposite the road into airfield off A12. Formerly recorded as MRM MISC

Palaeolithic `implements' recorded by Evans from `a lower level on the slope of the hill (Maidscross Hill, LKH 036) towards the fens, and close to the main street of Lakenheath'. Formerly recorded as LKH MISC

Lakenheath Lodge; Warrener's Lodge (1783), the main lodge, in centre of Lakenheath Rabbit Warren.

Group of circa C15-C17 metal artefacts found metal detecting, includes Med long cross penny of ?Edward and ?Med/?Un objects - bronze vessel foot, two lead weights, rim fragment of pewter vessel/bell and broken bronze disc (S1).

Mainly Roman surface & metal detected scatter of pottery and metalwork - details in (S1). Findspot accurate to field only - probably extension of Roman scatter TDE 004.

Monitoring of soil-stripping over the site revealed a series of ditches and pits. While no finds were recovered to help date these features,the evidence suggested that they were of post-medieval date.

Collapse of possible tunnel(s) near Maldon Court homes - possibly related to nearby chalk pit and kilns.

Cropmarks noticed in Mallets Field including field boundaries (not related to systems recorded on Tithe Map) and a roughly rectangular enclosure, circa 50 x 30m, in one corner of two joining field boundaries (S1).
