Very poorly defined substantial metal detecting scatter: reported November 1996 (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), 144 coins (C2, C3 silver, ?C1-C4 Valens bronze), dragonesque type brooch fragment, rabbit & young type plate brooch, 2 bracelet fragments, 2 tweezers, oval plate type brooch with glass(?) setting, silver finger ring fragment, pin fragment, plate brooch fragment, fragment of hollow cast face (from mount of vessel handle?), strap fitting, 2 Colchester derivative double lug type brooches, bow brooch (Hod Hill?) fragment, 2 Colchester type brooches, Aucissa type brooch & Langton Down type brooch fragment. Reported June 1997: (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) 51 Rom coins (bronze C2-C4), bronze vessel mount in form of human head (LIA?), propellor-shaped belt stiffener, cast bird (eagle?) fitting (previously said to be from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)), Colchester type brooch, bracelet fragment.
Includes area of BND 003 (Un cropmark enclosure and Rom scatter). Also Un, Sax & Med.
