Full Description
February 2018. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The earthworks of an area of braided trackways and droveways of unknown, but possibly medieval to post medieval date, are visible on imagery from a recent lidar survey (S1). A component of the eastern end of these features has been recorded on the ground under STN 053. Outline records (STN 073-074) relating to earthworks in this area are also likely to represent parts of this site. See STN 129 for similar features recorded to the east and BRD 304 for a probable continuation into the Game Farm site area (BRD 154/ BRD 280). The earthworks have been mapped by extent.
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 1st February 2018.
