Site marked on sketch map as "J J Wymer's Site A" as findspot of backed Mesolithic artefacts (S1).

1988: John Wymer defines area of scatter as centred at TL 75 80 8410 and lists finds collected from this location between circa 1950-1964 as 8 cores, 64 flakes, 83 blades (two 2 cm, thirty one 2-3 cm, thirty 3-4 cm, fourteen 4- 5 cm, four 5-6 cm and two 6-7 cm), 7 proximal blade ends, 14 distal blade ends, 16 middle segments of blade, 6 core preparation or rejuvination flakes, 3 flakes with retouch, 4 'pseudo burins', 2 microlith fragments and 4 micro burin or rod reject pieces (S2).

Pre 1951, also Neolithic material "floor?" and Medieval Pottery? Possibly same as WNG 013? (S5)
